An offshoot of our 45 year old band, we are actively seeking new engagements for DPS Swing Band.

A Big Band is a type of musical ensemble that usually consists of ten or more musicians with four sections: saxophones, trumpets, trombones, and a rhythm section. We play songs like “In the Mood”, “String of Pearls”, “Pennsylvania 6-5000”, “Tuxedo Junction”, “It Don’t Mean a Thing if it Ain’t Got That Swing”, “Sweet Georgia Brown”, and many others. Playing music from Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Louis Armstrong, Hoagy Carmichael, and many more.
